RDP into the GP server
Open Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio
Right click on Action -DGP
Choose New Query
Paste
Delete DYNAMICS..UPR10300
Delete DYNAMICS..UPR10304
Choose Execute
Should be fix the payroll lock

I’m sorry, I sent an update to Wennsoft, but did not get anything back and have been side tracked with other year end support. The support queues can get rather busy this time of year.
Let me drop another note to Wennsoft just to follow through. In the meantime, if Phillip has a known resolution, let me know and we can archive it for future reference.

Yes, Phillip has fixed it in the past. I think the issue this time around was that when I submitted the ticket, he was off and Jeff was trying to help.

Hello Tyler,
I checked some of our online resources, but I’m not finding a reference to clearing at locked Timetrack batch. I also tried a SQL profiler trace to see if we could identify a specific table but did not get any results. It’s probably a
simple update, but I am going to need to reach out to Wennsoft to see if we can identify. I’ll drop a note to them shortly and will let you know what comes back.
