Helpdesk Tickets

When entering helpdesk tickets please only include the email address for helpdesk@actn.com and do not copy any other addresses on that email.  The helpdesk system generates automated emails regarding your ticket and including other users or groups creates emails that we have to maintain.  If you must let other people know that you sent in a helpdesk ticket, please do it separately.
