Microsoft Teams

Hello Everyone,

There are some people experiencing issues with Microsoft Teams.  This is due to people downloading this software and installing it without IT’s direction.  Please know that all software installations needs to have IT’s involvement.  Just because Skype for Business suggest you install Microsoft Teams is not a valid reason to download and run this software.  Currently, there is an issue with Microsoft Teams desktop application.  The desktop application is not allowing our company computers to login.  We have opened a case with Microsoft on this issue.  Currently, we do not have time frame for a fix.  Since we have a good amount of people who has installed Microsoft Teams, we are suggesting everyone migrate to Microsoft Teams web app only.  Attached are the steps to access the web app.  We are only supporting the web app until Microsoft puts a fix in place.
