Disabling Clutter Feature on Outlook

There’s a new feature built into your mailbox called Clutter. This is a systems that “learns” your email behavior and tries to help you stay organized by moving items that come into your mailbox repeatedly but aren't opened or moved. Some people like it, some don’t. No worries, here’s how to disable it:

1. Sign in to your mailbox online at http://mail.actn.com using your email address and password

2. Go to Settings (gear in the top right corner)> Options > Mail > Automatic processing > Clutter

3. Clear the checkbox for “Separate items identified as Clutter”, and then click Save

All done. No more mail sent to Clutter.
